We founded Your Comfort Zones Sleepwear with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values and we know that the better our service, the more customer loyalty we enjoy. Our store policies are detailed below. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For International orders, we ship to your country via Thai Post, Standard Shipping. The cost and delivery time of the shipping depend on the weight and the location of the your hometown. It will take 2-4 business days after the order is placed to begin the shipping process from the origin (Thailand). For the customized peices, it will take 7-14 days to prepare your order before they are shipped. Please make sure to correct your mailing address before placing the order, once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for the damaged, lost, or stolen packages
Please note that, the international order may be subject to duties or taxes imposed by the destination country and the charges are the customer's resposibility. In case that customers reject the International order, the customers will be responsible for the custom and shipping fees of forth to the destination and back to the origin, which the cost will be deducted from your refund. For more information regarding the duty fees, please contact the custom office of your country
RETURNS
For International orders, we do not accept the return and refund in all clauses except the product defects in which the return product must be in original condition including brand tags. In this case, please contact us and proceed to return to get the exchanged product within 7 days after the package has arrived your destination. We will compensate your shipping fees up to 300 THB.
